What is A Bagel?

A bagel is a bread product traditionally made of yeasted wheat dough in a form of roughly hand-sized ring which is first boiled in water and then baked. The result is dense, chewy, doughy interior with a browned and sometime crisp exterior. Today, bagels are enjoyed all over the world, and have become one of the most popular breakfast foods.
